Standard Rentals

Cancel at least 14 days before your reservation for a full refund, less a 6% administration fee.

Rebooking

Need to change your dates instead of cancelling? No problem — as long as it's before your cancellation deadline, we'll transfer your payment to the new dates at no charge. There is no guarantee we have your requested dates available. This will be based on availability. If we cannot accommodate a rebooking, we will issue you a full refund, less a 6% administration fee.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. 

No-Shows

If you don't cancel and don't show up for your reservation, the full rental cost is forfeited — no refund or credit.

Refunds

Refunds are typically issued through our online reservation system to the credit card used for the original booking. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
